Cluttered user interface
The existing mobile app had a complex and
a complicated user interface, which reduced the
engagement of their users. Students were not able
to locate the resources, and find answers to their
problems.
Baggage of native apps
The client had developed separate Android and
iOS native apps for their same platform, and this
hampered their overall growth. Regular testing and
updating both the apps across different platforms
sucked away resources, and proved to be impractical.
Community couldn’t
communicate seamlessly
Community was an important and critical feature of
Your Access, but with the existing app, the community
was not able to communicate freely and seamlessly.
This created obstacles in overall user experience, and
deterred them from spending more time on the app.
