home sellers, and home inspectors to come at a common platform and manage the entire
home inspection activity using a single application. We also developed a separate module for
individual inspectors and home inspection agencies from where they can purchase
subscriptions for using home inspection services, manage their inspectors, etc.
The application allows realtors, home sellers, and home buyers to request a home inspection quote.
Home inspectors can bid for the assignment, and clients can choose the home inspector of their
choice and schedule date/time within the app.
IBA allows clients to pay in advance, or at the time of the home inspection, via credit card making
life easier for the home inspectors and clients.
IBA is integrated with Google Maps and tags all the home inspection visits – helping home inspectors
plan and schedule their meetings while saving time and fuel cost. IBA also allows inspectors to send contracts
directly to the client from the comfort of the app.
