The groundbreaking and innovative “TM Training JHApp” assists electrical utilities in standardizing processes and procedures which reduces human error and increases high-quality work. The app makes the whole process digital and improves communication and data management. TM App delivers real-time data and notifications, providing supervisors with critical information on every job and every crew. We created a platform on web, iOS and Android for the employees and admin to assign JHA jobs and manage them digitally. Users can fill application forms on papers and manage all that paperwork seamlessly.

Challenges & Solutions

1. Information about job descriptions is often not filled due to lengthy and tireless paperwork.

2. Clients have teams working at various locations, but there was no collaboration between team members and supervisor.

3. Every company has different JHA process and forms which is hard to manage.

4. The team faces terrible weather conditions at job locations, making it difficult to fill the forms.

1. We digitized the complete job management between organizations, supervisors, crew leaders and team via robust web and mobile app. Team leaders can complete the job onsite and update status & data through the mobile application.

2. We provided features such as JHA management, live audio streaming, photo gallery, emergency services and daily weather forecast in the app.

3. Data specific to each job which includes job details, audio recordings, status, checklist and photo galleries are kept in the database for research and training.

4. Included weather forecast for job locations so that the team can view the scenario for their work locations.

5. Access to nearest emergency services and contacts like Police station, fire stations and hospitals is provided as per geo-location.

The Results

We provided the option for creating dynamic forms which are visible throughout the mobile and web app for job management for an organization. The team can view, edit and track the form from the office as well as the job site, which resulted in 63% increase in data collection.
