- Experience: 8+ years.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Expertise in the interactive Development Process - Thorough knowledge and experience in planning, documenting and leading interactive projects (Web, Mobile App, Web App), using best UX practices.
- A Designer’s Mind – Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes.
- Client Interaction - An outgoing personality and ability to interact excellently with clients.
- Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process.
- Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements
- Provide guidance, reference and direction to team members
- Ultimate responsibility for creative Quality Control of all the work in design department.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members.
- Interface with other teams/experts for design and evaluation of new products.
- Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/Graduate
