Skills & Responsibilities
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience
- Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision
- Expertise in the interactive Development Process - Thorough knowledge and experience in planning, documenting and leading interactive projects (Web, Mobile App, Web App), using best UX practices
- A Designer’s Mind – Must be able to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes
- Client Interaction - An outgoing personality and ability to interact excellently with clients
- Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process
- Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements
- Provide guidance, reference and direction to team members
- Ultimate responsibility for creative Quality Control of all the work in design department
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members
- Interface with other teams/experts for design and evaluation of new products
- Good Communication Skills
