As Co-Founder and CEO of TechAhead, Vikas is no stranger to start-ups, having played a leading role in another start-up - Whizlabs. Prior to starting up TechAhead, he gained over a decade of industry experience, which included a stint at BrickRed Technologies as Vice President - Delivery.

Vikas is the face of TechAhead, leading the team of technology and delivery experts to meet the business solutions requirements of the company's global clientele. With excellent communication, people management, liaising and customer relations skills he is the glue that binds together 'Tech' and 'Ahead' elements at the company to ensure that the  customers get an unmatched service experience. It is his guidance, which has ensured TechAhead's growth to become one of the best solution providers in the industry in a short span of time.

As a dynamic leader, if he is not addressing offshore/outsourcing concerns to ensure smooth delivery, you will find Vikas working on providing strategic interventions and guidance on important organizational mandates to improve efficiency. He is also passionate about finance, and constantly monitors the financial health of the company, besides strategizing on ways to improve shareholder's value.

When he is not communicating with his clients or team members online, Vikas likes to watch cricket, play with his dogs, commune with nature, and contribute to social and spiritual causes by volunteering. On rare occasions he practises his team management skills offline by playing cricket.

Jitin narang

As COO of the company, Jitin leads TechAhead's global mobile solutions deployment effortlessly, thanks to his wide ranging prior experience, which includes co-founding a Web development company a decade ago, leading the flagship Java product line at Whizlabs, which was ranked one of the top six innovative start-ups by NASSCOM, and working in key Sales and Marketing roles at Quasar Media, BrickRed Technologies and TimesJobs. There is no need to question his captaining skills as he managed to keep his previous start-up afloat right through the dot com bubble burst.

Jitin is the man behind several of TechAhead's mobile application deployments for global companies such as FI, ESPN, Orra, Fiat, ITC and Xerox. He has helped organizations of all sizes develop and execute their mobile strategies, enabling them to reach their customers over mobile devices.  Besides understanding and catering to every client's unique business and process requirements, he works towards enhancing value and cost effectiveness by helping to cross sell client's products and services.

He leads by example and is often quoted by colleagues and friends as the epitome of team spirit. With an ideal blend of entrepreneurial ability, humility, a hunger for knowledge and unending enthusiasm, he believes that nothing is impossible and is credited for the 'Ahead' dimension of TechAhead.

When he is not striving to keep the company ahead, Jitin unwinds by reading, surfing the web and answering the continuous stream of questions from his four year old son.

Manoj Verma
(CTO)

As CTO of the company, Manoj represents the 'Tech' element in TechAhead. He has over 12 years' technical experience with leading global organizations such as HP and CISCO in Project Management and System Design & Development. His exposure to technology and its limitations does not limit his thinking in anyway while designing and implementing software to ensure that the customers requirements are met without fail.

Manoj has worked in Logistics & Warehousing, Freight Management, Education, Online Trading, Portfolio Management, Project Management, E-commerce with POS, Social Networking, IVRS and Telephony, and Application Integration domains on process assessment and automation. His experience includes Requirement Analysis, Designing IT solutions to Business Problems, Developing application architecture, Data Migration and Database Design & Management. Apart from that he excels at recruiting, training and managing teams.

He brings to TechAhead a spirit of innovation and commitment towards technology solutions. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2005 when he founded a software company, which he subsequently exited in 2010. Having worked at various stages of software development he has an in-depth understanding of the International standards of software development practices.

Manoj takes his work home only to the extent of reading technical articles and keeping abreast of the latest technology. At most other times, he heads for the outdoors frequenting adventure spots nearby, socializes or spends time at home with the two lovely ladies in his life - his wife and three year old daughter.
